Subway - Harlingen

My son really enjoyed what he ordered. However, I tried to persuade him to choose a different place. The restaurant was messy and didn’t seem to be cleaned after each customer, which was off-putting. Overall, I would rate it 5/5.

The customer service for online orders is extremely poor, especially when it comes to getting your order right for a specific sandwich. Even the manager failed to resolve the issue!

I really enjoy eating at this Subway. It's consistently clean, and the staff member at the counter is always friendly and inviting.

Poor customer service. Gave me attitude when I told server that he gave me toppings I didn’t ask for.

So I ordered online and got confirmation that my order would be ready by 4:15. I told my son to pick up and eat before he went to work which he goes in at 5:00. My son went to pick up and the guy asked him if he was the online order; my son confirmed this was at 4:15. The guy proceeds to help a family of four and makes their sandwiches first. Lesson learned don't place an online order with this subway.. won't get it in time that's for sure... So now my son doesn't have time to eat and has a long shift in front of him.. Thanks a lot Subway....
