Placed an online order and went through the drive thru to pick it up. I had ordered two combos including a side salad. When I got home, I discovered they did not include the side salad. I drove back to restaurant and waited at least another 20 minutes to get the salad. When I called and told manager what happened and asked to have a portion of my order refunded because it would be cold by the time I got back home to eat it, the manager Sara/Sarah said I would have to bring the order back to get any kind of refund. I wasn’t asking for a full refund- just a portion to make up for having to make a second trip to the restaurant and wait in line for a second time. She did not offer to make anything right. She obviously didn’t care. I know it’s not their fault that I wasn’t dressed to go inside, but it is their fault that my order wasn’t given to me in its entirety. They are supposed to do it right the first time. I honestly thought Chick-fil-A cared more about their customer service than they showed tonight.

The service at this restaurant was exceptional. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that our dining experience was enjoyable. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm smile and promptly seated. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent recommendations. They checked in on us regularly throughout the meal to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall, the service was top-notch and truly added to the overall dining experience.

I had excellent service at this restaurant. The girl who helped me at the window was very friendly and smiling, and my order was correct. I congratulate them on their service.
