Pretty bad experience she got half of my order wrong I ordered a Teriyaki bowl two promotional items a burger and a Munchies box for a few people. I never got the Teriyaki bowl I asked, and they said I didn't order it, but also the lady asked if only the bowl or the meal. I also asked for regular pommes with the advertising burger and got curly pommes. And never a receipt was given, so I don't even know if I was charged for the bowl or not
Ridiculous service on the journey through and even ridiculous service afterwards. The ordered food through the ride and realized that my drink was missing. I was okay with it until I got home to find the MEAT PATTY from my burger MISSING. How this could even imagine is stupid. To round it off, a second burger in Mayo became so disgusting! To supplement injuries, the restaurant NIE answered the phone. Your company number online NOT WORK. I had to try out different numbers before I came to someone who can help. I should get a call from the regional or district manager, never get that call. Should you receive a FULL refund for the transaction, instead they only refunded $2.63 as if only pay for the missing meat?! I tried to call the same number that originally worked, just for them getting closed now?! I had to deny the extra $19.39 by my bank to learn that Jack is never held responsible in the box. It's not about money, it's about everything. You pay something, you expect that. I was willing to forgive the missing drink, but everything after that was completely frustrating. Too bad about this special restaurant and the company itself. Note: The reception was not given that it is difficult to argue online, and I was the NUR vehicle on the car through, so there was no problem that it was also a rush hour. Update/ Response: I spent too much time doing you all right and not getting on this website so you can finally do your work. How about you answer your phone so it doesn't have to escalate? Or better, how about you get your restaurant for the first time?
This jack in the Box-Location Harlingen, from the highway) is our usual stop. We stopped yesterday to order a large curly pommes with only cheese and received the order. Today we stop to order the same thing and the person who said the order, it can only be ordered with cheese and bacon. They are not able to add only cheese to the curly pommes. We wanted to talk to the manager and he confirmed. We explained that we had just made the exact order on the previous day and he said that he did not know who took our order yesterday; That's weird when he's the manager. We drove to the San Benito jack in the box and our order was issued. It is frustrating to treat with food chains that decided to follow different meals options. I've had this same order for years and had never rejected my order.
Tacos were cold, undercooked and unedible. They also did not use shredded lettuce but rather chunky salad lettuce. I tried to call multiple times but they do not answer the number that was provided on the receipt. The hamburgers and fries were very good. I enjoy the tacos but lately everytime I've ordered they haven't been any good.
