Russo's New York Pizzeria - Harlingen

We love Russo's! We were the last customers after a Friday night football game (they close at 11 pm on Friday and Saturday and the staff was pleasant and polite. Didn't rush us out at all. In fact our server told us to take our time so that was kind of them: Thank you Russo's for the amazing pizzas!

Worst food and service I have ever received! Lettuce was brown and came without dressing, had to wait till all the table was through with their food before I even got mine, simple sandwich was dry bread with sparse amount inside... took hour and a half to get salad and a sandwich. Waste of money and my time

Russo's pizza is delicious! The best NY style pizza in the Valley! However, they really need to work on their customer service and delivery. They never answer the phone and even end up cancelling online orders, making them very unreliable. I would be ordering from here a lot more if those issues were resolved.

I honestly don't mind if someone is under the influence while working BUT if it impedes your production then maybe you shouldn't do it. My food was great but after having to wait a good while to get any kind of service. My date's food was cold and just put together horribly....Russos usually held a pretty good standard but I don't know if I'll ever go back.
