Usually great but Lots a Tots did not have sour cream apart from the restaurant losing our ticket and our dasher having to speak to the manager about it. Maybe next time....

I asked for no salt on pretzels and they came with salt. I ordered chili cheese fries and they didnt come with cheese and they didnt notify me. The door dash driver had to tell me. Very disappointing.

Had to return cheese and pretzels because the cheese had huge black burnt chunks in it. It was disgusting.

Fish and chips was under cooked and missing lemon. blackened shrim were underwhelmingly small.

The service at this restaurant was disappointing, with waitstaff shuffling around and not attending to customers waiting in line. There was only one bartender and the food was undercooked. The manager should be fired immediately as there was no leadership present during my visit.
