Cicis Pizza - Harlingen

Never been a pizza place that has no marinara sauce, like what? Asked for Sauce for my pasta and was told they don't have one. There were no pizzas out, the buffet line was empty with the only option that pepperoni or cheese. Pizza was tasteless. Salad bar had no cucumbers. I loved this place, but no is coming back.

Eat at 1115 in the morning. The food was good. This place I feel needs an update. It looks thin and a little dirty. The bathrooms were disgusting and there were no toilet paper in the stands and a stable had a female sanitary article in the toilet. The restaurant should store ALWAYS especially the night before opening and the bathrooms should remain clean. The food was fine again, but to the atmosphere; that needs improvement.

The last two times I'm here were in a mood. On both occasions there was no pizza, although it is a buffet. The manager or assistant manager just seemed to say cook the cooks when you complain and ask for pizza. This place feels honestly like he's running from kids because he is. It feels like a 10 years old is running this place. I mean, I know this is not a high-end place, but the least you can do is pizza. No pizza, no pasta. I wait next to other girls for everything that should be brought out while the staff just stood around to leave.

There was little to no pizza available. Not many options to choose from. No bread, no desserts. Everything looked old. And I had ordered personal pizza and the guy looked upset and bothered that I wanted to order. He threw the papers around and pen like he hated his job. I told him thank you and he ignored me.

Do not waste your money in this place. If I could give it a 0 star I would!! I went today (Dec 10,2022) It was a mess and it was disgusting! There was like 15 dirty tables. There was a mess in the floor. The counter to the salad was nasty and dirty. They took forever to take out the noodles for the soup. The noodles were overcooked and mushy. The pizza had no sauce, the brownies were undercooked. I took my kids and waisted over 50 dollars and to have not enjoyed our dinner. What a joke of a place. I spoke to the manager all he could say was I apologize we don't have enough people.
