This star bucks is so so slow. I know it’s a busy Starbucks but I have been to plenty busy Starbucks and they are much quicker. This one is still extremely slow. Even when not many people are there they are still super slow. I as much as possible avoid this location.

The employee with a nasty attitude who worked today at around 7-8ish am time needs to learn what it means to provide customer service. Next time you clap your hands, roll eyes and give anyone attitude just remember not everyone is nice enough to ignore it. Telling us to wait on a mobile order we placed while still at HEB and making 2 wrong turns is crazy but not a issue we know it gets busy how ever telling us with a nasty attitude is another thing.

I've ordered inside and waited over twenty minutes to get my caramel iced-coffee. It seems that they prioritize their customers in the drive thru than the customers inside. I've counted over fifteen cars that came after me and got their beverages. Even the family of a father, mother, and daughter looked miserable waiting for their drinks inside the complex. They felt so much relief when they got up and picked up their three small beverages and left the complex. alAdditionally, they have too many lights turned on. I recommend bring a pair sunglasses when ordering inside.
