Ms. V's Sweet Shop - Harbor Creek

Found this looking for baked goods while visiting Savannah. It's actually a meat 3 restaurant that sells desserts. This was absolutely the nastiest cake I've ever had in my life! One bite and I trashed it. My friend also got a slice and trashed it as well! It looked nothing like the advertised picture!

Wish I read the reviews first. When do you not add sugar to the crust of peach cobbler. Not good at all. Had better cobbler from Peach Cobbler spot. Never again. I don't eat the food anymore or Geneva's. Stop changing names for desserts seafood, an just be Sisters of the New South.

I didn't realize that Sisters of the New South and Ms. V's Sweet shop is the same. I want to be kind because I enjoyed the food there very much. However, the deserts seem like maybe they were trying to save money and stretch the ingredients. I purchased the strawberry cake and lemon cake for someone else and the red velvet, key lime, pound cake, and banana pudding for me and my husband. The pudding was extremely bland. There was no banana flavor just maybe three pieces of bananas inside. The red velvet taste was a little off because I could taste the baking soda in it. The kiwi-lime was only a hint of flavor in it. The cream cheese icing saved it. It definitely did not taste like kiwi-lime at all. I'm not so sure that the lemon cake was even a lemon cake. It was white with cream cheese icing, and very little hint of lemon. The pound cake was a little dry, but the flavor was nice. I just would not order their deserts anymore, because 2 out of 7 is not good, especially for a $6 slice of modeocre cake. Ijs

No ma'am. Called to order a cake and ask questions...the customer service was not there at all...very rude..

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. The food here is a literal biohazard. I ordered the red velvet cheesecake, regular cheesecake, and banana pudding (which I did not receive) through doordash . The regular cheesecake came with MULTIPLE spots of MOLD all on it. HOW GROSS?! DONT ORDER FROM HERE. Wish I could give this place 0 stars. Save yourself the trouble, money, and a trip to the hospital.
