Not totally impressed with food or service here considering how highly this was rated.
St. Anne-Pacelli Girl Scout Troop 50051 loved everything about their brunch yesterday after mass. My egg Benedict were amazing. I suggest going and ordering on of your favorites. The service was amazing and we enjoyed our time there.
Just like John Cusack who played the author John Kelso in Clint Eastwood’s film adaptation of Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil, we sat at the counter at Clary’s Café for our meal here. The menu is huge (as are the portions, as you can see from the photo here! and breakfast is served all day. Expect a wait for a table but we arrived at 11:45am and were seated by Noon.
Always like to dine with the locals. And, when in the real South you do breakfast right. Best biscuits and gravy I’ve ever had. Friendly service from the start. Had a 25min wait on Sunday morning, I would’ve waited longer. There is a reason they’ve been open more than 120 years. *PS We returned for our final breakfast while in Savannah. Fantastic once again! True southern hospitality from the staff and the locals. Can’t wait to come back!
