Contribuiți la feedbackAwful and disgusting service. They charge $6 for a macchiato and don't even know how to prepare it properly. This wouldn't be acceptable at Starbucks. I'm considering deleting this app and never using Dunkin' again.
Today at 12:45 PM, I bought a large black coffee and half a dozen donuts, and they were terrible. I ended up feeling really sick and vomiting repeatedly. I tried calling the store, but they conveniently wouldn’t pick up the phone, probably because they know they're making people ill. If you find yourself in a similar situation, don't hesitate to dispute the charge with your credit card company.
The lobby is closed every day, leaving only the drive-thru as an option, and it takes an astonishing 20 minutes just to get a single cup of coffee. Since the lobby is shut, it feels like they’re avoiding dealing with customers directly, giving us no chance to enter. At other locations, the lobbies are open, allowing for a smooth flow of customers in and out. It seems like this closure is a way for them to prevent complaints from patrons. I've reached out to corporate for a video call to discuss what we are experiencing, and they’ve shown willingness to sit down with me for 30 minutes on camera. Let's see if they actually follow through with that.
This is by far the worst dunkin in the area, staff is super slow, orders are always wrong even when ordering through the app with specific instructions. Staff isn't trained properly or shown how to make very simple drinks. If you want to go to dunkin,avoid this one.
I don't know what they did but they made my ice coffee so bitter I couldn't even drink it. When I go to the other dunkin donuts I ask for the same drink and it taste 10 times better.
