Papa Johns Pizza - Hampton

Called and place a $60 delivery order. Received one under cooked pizza. The staff was rude and unprofessional. I honestly love papa John’s but will not be going back to this one.

Papa John's pizza was very delicious. My daughter placed an order for me to pick up and she ordered a Large Pepperoni, (I wanted the Big Shaqaroni Pizza) but the promotion was off for that, and she ordered a small size cheesy bread sticks(that are very tasty and nice and hot with marinara sauce), and last but not least a dessert called Oreo (that is similar to small cinnamon rolls), very good and tasty. When I walked in, I was greeted welcome to Papa John's by a young man at the counter, that is the cleanest, friendliest Papa John that I have ever been in. They are located off Commander Shepherd Boulevard in Hampton. I will go back to them because I like the way they cooked my pizza. My pizza was cooked just right.

The staff was excellent! Very nice and welcoming people. The pizza is not great, though. I'm not a fan of the flavor.

2 pieces look like they were stepped in. I should have turned it in. Gave me the worst diarrhea and heartburn. I ever had in my life? Thought I was gonna die.

Ordered a pizza through the app at 6pm to be delivered at 7:15pm. I called at 7:30 because we hadn’t got our pizza delivered yet. I was on the phone for a while with a guy who was very unprofessional, asked for my address three times and couldn’t figure out the status of my order. Several minutes into the phone call he says “it’s on its way. Ok byeeeee” and hangs up on me. Pizza was over 30 minutes late and over $22 for a large cheese. Won’t be ordering from here again for a while.
