Taco Bell - Hampton

This Taco Bell location is consistently impressive. The service is quick and the staff is always friendly.

I ordered the 12-pack party pack about an hour ago and was missing 2 tacos. We considered letting it go since we live about 30 minutes away, but when we went to eat our grilled cheese dipping tacos, we were really disappointed. All three of them looked like a mess. We spent $42 and didn’t receive our full order, plus what we did get was poorly made.

I had a disappointing experience with the managers, Shay and Keshia, who charged my account for food that I never received. They were unhelpful and lacked the professionalism I expected. I would like to obtain the name and contact number of the district manager, please.

Went through the drive thru and just wanted their party pack with half soft and half crunchy tacos. Woman on the other end stayed quiet and I again just repeated the order and said that that was it. She then rudely saying she heard me and instead of speaking up we drove forward and just wanted to get the tacos and get out of there. Tacos were cold during handling. Won't be back there!

Take out order no cheese on cheesy Rollup...steak quesidilla well not site if was anything on it think just dough and burnt up also the Taco came unwrapped in the bag and if hadn't checked bag for cinnamon twists would have gotten home with
