Kfc - Hampton

Poor customer service. Rude. Food was cold. Only half the container of fries and mac and cheese was full. Don't recommend this place. Find another KFC.

Order a 12 piece tinder meal was asked to wait 5 minutes they were cooking tinders got almost home and no gravy in the bag went back got the gravy got home to just find put that the biscuits were hard a rock tinders were old and dry mash potatoes was not mixed all the way and still had powder In them and they never answer the phone place is trash employee's are rude and ghetto will never go back

The girl that my order on the drive-thru had the customer service skills of squidward. it was as if I interrupted her social time by being her only customer on the plot in the middle of the afternoon. she laughed at something like I said my order, she took my card without saying anything, then I tried to ask her a question about the menu (something about the beyond huh) when I got my card back and she ignored me and closed the window I spoke. a guy gave me that, although he at least told me I had a nice day.

First time not so hot. Have it a serving try with same order. Again, ordered 4 tenders and got a box full of fried chunky stuff that was way more then 4 tenders but almost too hard to eat. First time servicewas borderline rude. Second time it was ok.

I appreciate the friendly, efficient, professional and fast service I always receive whenever I come to this KFC. I'll bypass the other Hampton KFC to come to this one because it's a huge difference to me my family. I'm also grateful for the Military discount no matter what day of the week it is!! THANKS KFC for not just saying' thank you for your service, but actually putting into action' that you mean it, especially when soooo many other places don't do either in this area where it's full of military support! God bless you thank YOU for thinking about us!! You're my 1st choice when I want fastfood in the Langley area.
