Hardee's - Hampton

I was angry. Had a breakfast shop and the food was cold, bacon over cooked and it did not eat. Couldn't get back to the facility, had to go to work.

They completely forgot my fries, and when I went back to get them, they seemed satisfied with the situation.

I usually go to breakfast because Hardee has the best cookies... Bar no!

The atmosphere was fantastic, and the food was enjoyable. However, my wife and I had the shrimp boil and felt it could use a bit more robust flavor. The full bar was excellent, especially after just one drink!

Since the general manager left for Marshall Avenue, the restaurant hasn't been the same. Before my time there, I knew that certain items could be prepared a specific way upon request. I ordered a sausage biscuit "light," meaning I expected it to be made fresh. Instead, I received a regular biscuit that had clearly been sitting under the heat lamp for a while, as evidenced by the sausage oil seeping into the biscuit. It only takes a few seconds to grab a fresh biscuit and sausage and wrap it up, but it seems that drive-thru times are prioritized over customer satisfaction.
