Cibus - Hampton

Made an order for pick up and the restaurant forgot a portion of the order. Probably a mistake but one that wouldn’t be expected from a restraint like chibus.

Atmosphere was nice, went during lunch time. It wasn't busy at that time. Our waiter Lavone was very attentive to us. The music was not loud it was just right. The food was delicious and it was hot. Will be going back again.

As we waited for our food, the restaurant filled up quite a bit more.Service:*Shannon was our server, and she was great. Very helpful and upbeat. If she didn 't know an answer, she immediately went to someone to get it.*Unfortunately, service was slow (not Shannon 's fault). There were 2 people in the kitchen, so maybe they were short-handed? Either way, it took a very long time for us to get our food.*The table next to us was never acknowledged, and they ended up leavingFood:*Menu is small but very customizable*I was a little bummed the charcuterie board wasn 't on the menu (I kept seeing pics on here of them)*I got a double stack, and it was VERY good*My partner got a thick burger, which was also very good. He also ordered the brussels sprouts and mac and cheese. The brussel sprouts were delicious, and the mac and cheese was also good.*Our friend ordered a prime rib, and it came out on a sizzling plate much like fajitas. It was pre cut.*They have a couple of vegetarian options*The Brazilian limeade was very good, as was the cafe con leche martiniOverall:*Our order wasn 't fully correct nor fulfilled (neither myself nor our friend got our fries), but Shannon was apologetic, and the issues were remedied by removing the missing items off the bill. We 're pretty easygoing people, and honestly, we were full from the food we *did* get so this solution was acceptable to us.*The food was good, and we 're willing to go back and give this place another shot. Maybe it was just an off day for service.

Burgers !!! Wings!!! This place is awesome!!! Steaks !!

Quite surprised. Pricing for product was quite fair. Pork chop sandwich was very good and atmosphere was upscale relaxed. Will be returning.
