Bojangles' Famous Chicken N Biscuits

I am a Hospice RN taking a short break and decided to grab food at this restaurant. The atmosphere was so welcoming that I decided to stay. The current team working has fantastic energy and provides excellent customer service. It's rare to find this level of service, so I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge it. Additionally, they have a great selection of music playing. Thank you for a great experience!

Typically, the food at this restaurant is good, but on this specific day it was terrible. The chicken was extremely overcooked, with a burnt and dry taste. I was very disappointed!!

I came early and ordered a lot of food. Everyone was super nice and accommodating. Customer service was excellent and food was fantastic!

I frequently visit this restaurant and the young man who greets me at the window is very attentive and respectful. This Bojangles is one of the few that does not say they are out of BoRounds just because they don't want to make them fresh at the moment.

I visited Bojangles for the first time and was impressed by the well-run, clean, and welcoming store. The service was pleasant and it was clear that the staff takes good care of the restaurant. It was also a great value for the quality of food.
