Anna's Pizza In Buckroe - Hampton

Wow. I was excited to try a restaurant nearby as I was just passing by. We were asked to seat ourselves, which was fine. The menus were different than usual and dirty. I ordered a beer, which was barely cold and we had to open it ourselves without a bottle opener, which I believe is against ABC laws. The restaurant was empty. We ordered appetizers, half of which came out 25 minutes later - half a cheese fry and garlic bread. Another server came to take our entree order while we were still waiting for our appetizers, so we went ahead and ordered. We had a Caesar salad and a small pizza. After 15 minutes, we were the only two people in the restaurant and there was no one to ask for more drinks or anything else. The appetizers came with the Caesar salad entree, but no pizza. They just said "enjoy" and left without mentioning the missing pizza. After 15 minutes, our original server came back to see if we needed anything else. When we told her we were waiting for our pizza, she went to check on it and never came back. The garlic bread was cold and so was the marinara sauce. The fries were good. We accepted that our pizza would never arrive and decided to pay and leave. When we went to pay, our server informed us that the prices on the menu were different than what we were given - almost double the amount. She mentioned that it was not her problem. When we insisted that it was indeed their problem since she failed to inform us, she backtracked and said it was not her fault. I would have given this place 0 stars if I could. If you want to have a terrible dining experience, then this is the place to go. Only go here if you want to have a bad time.

I don't even know where to begin with this restaurant review. I had heard great things about it and despite it being a 30-minute drive from my house, I can confidently say it was worth every minute of the trip. From the moment my wife and I arrived, the service was top-notch. The mozzarella sticks were cooked to perfection and the pizza was hands down the best I've ever had. The sauce, crust, cheese, and pepperoni all complemented each other perfectly. And don't even get me started on the cheesecake for dessert - it was absolutely amazing. I have definitely found my new go-to spot for dining out and I can't wait to try more items on the menu.

We ended up at this restaurant after our first choice was full. We decided to dine in, although it seemed like most people were getting their food to go. The food was really good. The kids enjoyed the pizza, while the adults had a calzone and a sub sandwich. The atmosphere of the place was lacking, as it felt like a cross between a proper restaurant and a fast food joint. For example, we had to order at the counter instead of at our table. Also, not all items listed on the menu were available at the time.

My man bought a truthahn sub here. I have taken out all tomato and seeds because they do not ask tomato and still apply sandwich. I noticed something dark, and it was a bug in my sub, I called restaurant to inform her and spoke with a young lady asked for personal, he did not want to talk to me, so said girls that he was not there to talk to him. I said she gave me in the handle for 10 minutes to tell me that mgr stood next to the person who does it and dint see all the mistakes in sandwich. told girl I put the bug in it my self after waiting for 45 min and home and he thinks I then, but bug in my own sub I paid. The old girl I'm getting, I can't do it anymore. why I wanted everything from there after that. pllllllleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee I called the health dep to them hope they fix problems and learn how to treat people and customers who have been going for years. but after that I will never return.

Anna’s has made drastic changes!!!! When I first went to Anna’s it was very good professional and so forth. Then they went down hill had the trashiest people work there and awful service. They got all new staff, the service is the best we have ever had.
