Wendy's - Hammond

I went there to get food when I ordered I was told to pull to the first window the window did pull up to the next one so I did because nobody was inside of that window but when I pulled up to the next one the the worker had a attitude with me said I told you to pull up to the first one i got my food left!

Nasty attitudes at the window! Rude poor customer service. Food was not fresh ! I said to put sour cream in my bag more than once , left with no sour cream and no cheese on my baonator fry ! Just a bunch of burnt as fries piled in a tray ! I will never go back to this location again !

HORRIBLE. If you’re lazy and don’t wanna work then don’t work! Waited just for cold food. WILL NEVER GO AGAIN

I arrived about 30 minutes before closing time. The drive thru employee was sitting outside in their phone and didn't bother to take my order after I was sitting in the drive thru for several minutes. Please adjust your hours if you are not truly open until midnight, because I checked the hours before making the drive out, and could have saved myself the trouble.

The strawberry frosty is really good and the one who likes to dive the chicken bugs into the frosty said it was good.
