Subway - Hammond

I had a terrible experience with my sandwich. I ordered extra meat, but the bread was stale and tasted really old. When I called to complain, the guy just apologized and said there was nothing he could do. I will not be returning here again!

We were disappointed with the replacement of the sweet onion sauce. The turkey has changed as well. Subway, I'm no longer satisfied with your food.

For a Subway, the food here is surprisingly good. The staff is excellent, as they have never made a mistake regarding my allergy, and they always get my order correct on the first try. When the soda machine ran out of root beer syrup, they promptly resolved the issue. If you're in the mood for a sub sandwich, I highly recommend this location.

The service at this restaurant is exceptional! The owner is hands-on in the kitchen and even recalled my order after just a few visits. It's evident that he takes immense pride in his work. Everything is of the highest quality.

Awful customer service! I was served just four tiny slices of meat and had to pay an extra $2 for another four. It's really frustrating when you can't even keep your change for a tip! The woman working today (10/17 at 2:30 PM) was incredibly rude and seemed irritated that I was watching them make my sandwich. I definitely won't be coming back and will be warning my friends and family to stay away from this place too. This is my third terrible experience here! I'll be sharing my story on all social media platforms! They really need to make some improvements!
