Mcdonald's - Hamilton

The gage man at this restaurant goes above and beyond for customers. He made a mistake by accidentally letting a customer's credit card slip through a window, but he didn't hesitate to quickly retrieve it. I was impressed by his dedication and willingness to go the extra mile.

I only go to Hamilton Westside because everything on the menu is good. It's clean, with cute people, and their soft pommes are always hot. However, the high street location was a disappointment. The Big Mac buns were hard as a rock, and the manager refused to replace them. We were so tired from trying to eat our hard rolls that we couldn't even go back that evening. It was a frustrating experience.

I thoroughly enjoyed the fresh food at this restaurant tonight. Despite the long line due to the dining room being closed, I was pleased with the quality of my meal. I ordered my food fresh and it was just that! This experience was a significant upgrade from the food I had received from the restaurant on Millville Avenue.
