After spending a lot of time in Italy with friends who live there, I can attest to the fabulous quality of the food. The starters are amazing, especially the pasta which is a must-try even if it's just as an appetizer. The meat dishes are fantastic, but the standout is the belly pork which is boiled for a remarkable 16 hours. The desserts are to die for and the espresso is top-notch. Don't forget to try their smooth grappa for digestion. Before leaving, be sure to stock up on goodies from their deli. This place is truly a gem.
We had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant. It had been a while since we had lunch out, and it was truly beautiful. For starters, we shared a plate of cheese and meat that was the best I have ever tasted. The cheese was absolutely perfect and delightful. Our waiter was extremely helpful, describing the dishes and where they came from. For our main course, I had the crab pasta and my friend had the truffle pasta. Both dishes were so delicious that we didn't want to share! The pasta was freshly made to order and you could taste the difference - it was very light and delicate. Our lovely waiter recommended a glass of wine, which was so good that we ended up buying a bottle from the deli. After a cup of rich hot chocolate, we were completely satisfied. The service was excellent and we couldn't ask for more.

Unfortunately, the service was subpar, as two young waiters who seemed inexperienced and spoke little English attended to us. They did their best, but struggling to understand our requests made for a frustrating experience. This seems to be a common issue, as others have also mentioned receiving less than stellar service. On one occasion, we asked for a glass of sparkling water and an extra hot espresso, but the waiter didn't grasp our order. Instead of asking for help from a colleague who spoke English, he simply...
When entering we were surrounded by a food lover dream; an Italian eating and wine-emory with walls of regals with high quality Italian weeping, cabinets full with delicious meat and cheese, Italian brote, imported pastas, aged balsamico vinegar, fresh truffle and much more! Once we were able to tear away from the load, the actual dining room was back and a few steps. the menu is divided into the dishes “from the counter” and “from the counter”, but within these categories there is a four-course tasting menu that includes a glass wein at £23 but a few potential deal breakers came with it; the menu is the choice of the cook and the...more
Fantastic Food. We had lunch at Le Langhe and it was gorgeous. We shared a platter of cheeses and meats for a starter which were the best I have ever tasted. Our lovely waiter recommended a glass of wine that was so good, we bought a bottle in the deli! Following up with a cup of very rich hot chocolate, we could not fault anything. Service was excellent even though it was full. We also took home lots of things from the deli! Excellent value we will be back!
