Freezing AC out of control! The AC controller in the room ignores your input and only shows true values when it resets back to 19 C after a while. I don't get why they need to pump cold air in your room and only a technician with a laptop can reportedly stop it. At least during work days. The reception is no help. Service: 4

Great location with places to shop, walk about park and near train station. Buffet food at hotel was good. Room facing train station is noisy, so should choose wisely if you have a choice. Service: 4

Location: 5/5 Fast check-in: 5/5 Breakfast: 4/5 Check-in: 5/5 Room standard 5/5 (for a 3-star hotel) Quiet: 4/5 (quite well isolated) Breakfast: 4/5 The hotel is nicely located, not far from the highway but in a walking distance from the city centre. Room standard was good. Breakfast offered a nice variety, which is typical of Scandic. Tiny minus was a 15-minute queue to the waffle machine. I think investing in the second one could be an idea. Also, I would recommend putting some instructions on how to use these. The person in front of me managed to burn his waffle and had to scrap it away.

When I ordered four beers the waitress said that they only had two glasses. Well I said, we are four guys and we want four beers. I kept thinking this is a huge hotel. They must have four beer glasses. Luckily one of the colleagues came aiding in a blaze of glory and told the waitress that there were infact several new glasses just a meter from hers location. The venue is sleek and elegant. But the service was a bit slow. Not sure if the hotel has the standard and knowledge to handle big venues.

Stunning hotel! Really enjoyed the stay! Great facilities! Breakfast was amazing! Staff were super friendly and helpful all weekend. Definitely recommend! Service: 5
