Lone Star Rib House - HALLS HEAD

Am fost aici pentru ziua tatălui, a luat o oră pentru mâncare. Mâncarea era rece. Nu ne-au întrebat în acea oră dacă am vrut o altă băutură. Am fost ultimii aici. Nu a fost ocupat (surpriză).

Fiind nemulțumit de mărimea fripturii pe care am plâns-o, așa că lol scoate o scară cu o friptură brută și spun că avem dreptate ...then 25 minute mai târziu ei aduc înapoi prima friptură crematizată și întrebă este în regulă. .Lol ..

Rang up and ordered food, got halfway home to realise they gave us the wrong order. Went back and sent my daughter in with the bag of food and receipt while I waited in the car with the baby whilst they cooked the meal they missed waited almost half an hour and called them asking what was taking so long and said are you cooking all our meals fresh? She said no they are still in the bag.. I said why would you leave a chicken salad and the baby's fish n chips to go sweaty and cold in the bag? You already charged us extra why wouldn't you cook the food fresh.. she said I'm sure it'll be fine and I said yeh I hope so... fish n chips were soggy and the tiny salad with loads of chicken was so cold and limp I almost vomited...I called back and said how disappointed I was and told the manager the whole situation he said they would cook my salad fresh again but I would have to come back and get it, with a screaming baby I think not.. at least he was hopeful.. that girl I spoke on the phone previously was a rude little brat and had disgusting attitude We used to be regulars now I will never go back

Service was extremely slow an hour for drinks, asked for 2 jugs of water over 4 times. The waitresses were nice but not backed up by kitchen or bar. An hour and a half for food to arrive, thankful for the endless peanuts. The food was average, to even a squid caesar salad that was inedible, not to mention the chicken snitzels were the ones you get from the deli in coles, the heart shaped ones. Glad we didnt follow through with the all you could eat ribs and wings we would still be there! Overall a very poor experience and wont be going back again in a hurry!!!

Dropped in for a quick lunch based on handout in centre..Ribs and Wings and drink for $9.95.Ordered other items also.Ribs was ONE rib and approx 6 wings . Raised with waitress who palmed me off with comment " I have only just started".Side order of Vegetables was generous and well done BUT has to remind waitress we were waiting for the item AND plates.Raised item again politely regarding ribs when we paid at front and again dismissed with comment that it was the deal being ONE rib and wings despite offer being RIBS. No fine print on voucher .... missed an opportunity to impress but off the mark..Won't return as did't meet our service standards and by no means receptive to comments..
