Mcdonald's - Hallandale Beach

I typically order through the app and often choose to dine in after a long day at work or grab a quick breakfast before heading out. With the exception of one particularly busy visit, my orders are usually ready in no more than 3-5 minutes, which is impressive given my somewhat complicated requests. The staff is respectful and friendly, and I have to give a big shout-out to the manager for running such a great place. Keep it up!

Based on the reviews, it seems that the service can vary depending on the day and the staff. This is one of my favorite places; they always have ice available, and the drive-thru is generally quick. The staff is very friendly!

Thanks to this wonderful crew, McDonald's has become my favorite place again. Your dedication is truly remarkable, and we are so grateful. The manager working the night shift was incredibly unfriendly. I was denied access to the restroom because it was locked, which makes no sense—what about the employees? As a paying customer, I felt it was very unreasonable. I couldn't even wash my hands! I've never encountered anything like this before. Given all the negative reviews, it's shocking that this place is still operating so poorly. I actually witnessed the manager, an older woman, drop a stack of napkins on the floor. Instead of disposing of them, she just slid them across the dirty floor, restacked them, and put them back to restock. I can't believe it. This place seriously needs new management and should strive to perform like other McDonald's locations in the area. Check the cameras for proof from September 17, 2022, at 11:47 PM.

This guy throw away a large French fry because he wouldn?t provide me with sauce for my order no ketchup no ranch . After paying him the 35 cents he proceeded to tell me he throw away food whenever he wants they have plenty. Smh
