Springhouse Market - Halifax

I ordered the Loaded Taco Bowl and it was delicious and didn't upset my stomach. The restaurant also had a great selection and fresh baked goods. I wish this place was in my hometown. I plan on dining there again today.

We decided to grab a smoothie and were pleasantly surprised by the variety of gluten-free options available. The menu included both packaged gluten-free products from the market and house-made snacks like energy bites and gluten-free brownies, which the staff assured us were also safe for those with celiac disease.

This gem of a shop deserves more stars then Google allows. The staff are super friendly, always willing to help with any questions and go above and beyond. The food is delicious and portions are very generous. The grocery market is like a candy shop for everyone vegan, endless options and products you can't find anywhere else! Only the bottom is the parking situation, but a very small bottom compared to the positives!

The spring house is absolutely asleep. I don't know why nobody seems to be talking about it much. The cream of the tomato soup is so good that I cried tears of joy. The Springwich sandwich is absolutely caught bussin. The Chick'n Ceaser packaging is a work of art. I don't know what black magic works in this kitchen but the food that always comes out is so fresh and flavorful its a wonder I can ever eat anywhere else. PLUS is healthy! As? How is it good for me AND this good tasting. The only downside is that they don't open later so I can eat there more.

What a place, owners are amazing, staff are so lovely, food is so good, desserts are delicious and the market is just a perfect match. I always love this place and am here regularly.
