Very good but it seems like they try to cut corners with quantity and quality. Like the both times I got the macaroni and cheese, it was excellent but not hot. How so they expect you to eat cheese lukewarm?

The price of a bagel with cream cheese and smoked salmon goes up by $2 if you show up at 11:30 instead of before 11:00. The before 11:00 price is still listed on the TV screen all day, but you need to read the fine print to see that it's a breakfast item that's only served till 11. So they'll still sell you one after 11, they just charge more when you get to the cash. Unethical, rip off.The smoked salmon was all piled in the middle and stuck together, rather than spread out around the bagel.

The food here is decent, it’s a great lunch option, the front line staff are pleasant, but listening to how their female boss berates them while serving customers is disturbing to say the least. She is rude and condescending, I had to witness her tearing into her staff, for serving four potato’s while it should only be three. How dare. But these are training moments you take away and discuss in private away from the customers. I hope she pays them enough of a wage to put up with her arrogant approach!

How the husband and wife owners treats their staff is truly shocking! They are extraordinarily rude, especially to female staff. Disgraceful!
