Harvey's - Halifax

I recently visited Harvey's in Bayer's Lake and was very impressed with the service we received. It appeared to be the assistant manager who served us, and his customer service skills were exceptional. He showed genuine concern for our dining experience, which is rare to find nowadays. He not only brought our food to our table but also checked in to see if we were satisfied. The food was fresh and delicious. I had never tried the crispy chicken burger at Harvey's before, but decided to give it a go this time and I was pleasantly surprised. The only suggestion I have for improvement is the location itself. It can be confusing to find a parking spot if you are not using the drive-thru. You have to navigate around the back of another building to reach the front of the store, which is a bit awkward. I recommend putting up a sign in the parking lot to guide customers to the front of the store. Nevertheless, I would still give this location a 5-star rating based on the excellent service and food quality.

The food at this restaurant is fantastic, but I have noticed recently that they do not update their menu prices. Other than that, the poutine was delicious.

I believe this is a place where you can find a vegetarian option. I ordered the veggie burger with a cheesy mushroom topping, which was quite satisfying. There are various toppings and sauces to choose from. This is a great option for vegetarians, although the veggie patty could be improved in terms of taste. You can choose between white bread and multi-grain bread, something that is unique to this burger joint. Overall, it's a good choice for a vegetarian meal.

First time here, got the grilled chicken burger, I felt like it was too dry. Prob will get the beef burger next time. Good service too.

Our second time coming here and we're pleased again. The food is hot and exactly as expected. The workers are also friendly and polite.
