Sushi Miyafuji - Hakone

The mackerel bowl was SO delicious, the soup, the sushi was amazing, all the food was so fresh!!! I had dinner twice in this place during my stay in Hakone. The owner is such a nice and friendly person and his family. It's definitely a great experience of Japanese cuisine. Highly recommended!!

Lovely little sushi shop! A limited menu, but everything is top-notch. They specialize in horse mackerel and it is delicious. Highly recommend their set menu with the mini-bowl.

Soo good. So fresh and made with love by very experienced uncle and auntie. Beautiful origami. Love the teacups. Definitely worth the 30 minute wait (came at 12). Lovely experience of Japanese cuisine. We went on a Saturday and there was no queue from 13pm. When there is a queue you do have to write your name down on a desk.

Really delicious horse mackerel sushi in Hakone. Have to go early (slightly before 11.30am) to avoid queues. Everything was delicious and they have an English menu.
