Can provide English service and menu. The Hakone local beer was a must-try. Compare to the deep fried pork cutlet set, the signature tofu set was more unique and tasty.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at 田むら銀かつ亭, and I must say, their tofu Tonkatsu is absolutely irresistible! The tofu Tonkatsu was prepared flawlessly, with a perfect texture that wasn't too hard or too soft. The use of a tofu batter added an extra level of crispiness, making each bite a delight. What impressed me even more was the freshness and taste of the ingredients. The tofu itself was of excellent quality, and the mince used in the dish was packed with flavor. Very delicious tonkatsu. There aren’t many other options for food in this area, compared to larger cities of course. Despite that being the case I also think this tonkatsu would compete amongst the best in larger cities. The building is also very nice. I had the 豆腐かつ煮御膳 (tofu katsu-ni gozen). It is their famous tofu and pork katsu in a boiling broth with egg and onion. Very similar to katsu donburi. It was tasty and the side dishes were nice. I was hoping for a bit more of the main katsu dish in terms of portion size though, maybe same with the rice. If I were to go back I would just get the black pork tonkatsu set meal. The portion was much larger and it was incredibly delicious and thick (I got the try some since other people in my group just went for the tonkatsu set meals).

First time trying it, it’s nice! Make sure you come and pick the number ticket earlier! We took the number ticket 40 mins before it opened, and we got Num 7
