Cup's Hotbite - Hajiganj

It was on 01-10-2021. Food was okay. Service was okay. Dedication to serve customer was okay but the coordination and management was notably disappointing. The people who take orders were good but the people who assign them to serve specific table lack experience in service management.

Food was pretty good but they have a late service issue, happened to me. Interior is really good. Shelf room is probably the best place in cumilla for small get together it's quite and well decorated

Best place for relaxation and a well decorated place. Food is very tasty as well. But sorry to say that service is not good enough actually it's very bad. They are not conscious about their customers and it was worst feeling.

Had a terrible experience . I have been there for dinner . A customer (Said he is SI was shouting with the waiter ,owner also there for saying sorry .meanwhile another customer said we are here please don't shout .the so called SI shouted with her as well.. and result more shouting customer,other customer as well the Owner . Opssssss.anyway.

Beautifully appointed, efficient service and delicious food make this restaurant exceptional. Absolutely fantastic!
