Wendy’s - Hagerstown

The food was quite good, and it appears the restaurant has been recently remodeled. My order was a bit incorrect, but I didn't mind it. The staff seemed a little overwhelmed, but they were very friendly.

The other day, when I ordered a regular meal and they asked if I wanted to upsize it to a medium, I agreed, even though I knew I'd end up throwing away most of the fries just to get a normal-sized drink. The problem was, I received this enormous drink because, apparently, a medium size in one meal doesn't equate to the same medium size in another meal. Wendy's, please ease the confusion! Additionally, I've noticed that the service has been a bit inconsistent lately. Some days, the staff are friendly and welcoming, while other days, they act like your presence is a bother.

Food was fresh and the guy who took our payment was funny. The girl who took our order seemed to have an attitude when we made adjustments to the order (just a drink change) . Maybe she was just having a bad day, but overall experience was a good one. I would go back. There was a 6 minute wait for my chicken sandwich but I'm cool with that at least it was hot.

Quite a busy Wendy's store. Typical Wendy's store setup but cleanliness might not be on the priority list to do. But yeah, I'll eat here.
