Wendy's - Hagerstown

If you're looking to grab a quick bite to eat, I wouldn't recommend coming to this restaurant during late hours. I had to wait over 20 minutes for my simple meal, and even my frostys were brought out first and now they're half melted. The employees seemed to be running around and not fully focused on their tasks. It's disappointing to see.

I rarely visit this restaurant anymore because the staff is incredibly unprofessional and unpleasant, regardless of who is working. They always interrupt you while placing your order at the speaker. I recommend avoiding this location.

Nope. Icky icky across the board. I understand fast food isn't supposed to be five star, but this was nearly inedible. Lemonade was good so I gave it a star.

The food was amazing. The fries were crispy and perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of salt.

This location has given two people i know personally food poisoning in the last couple days.
