Wendy's - Hagerstown

My big bacon classic and cookies were good. But disappointed with my sweet tea. It had a bitter taste. Maybe sit too long after brewing?

The food was hot as it should be. The costumer service was good. It took a long time to get my food when I realized that they were not busy with any means. The only employee was the boy who served me. I could see the other employees in conversation and be loud. Also Wendy's would not honor the TV Special for breakfast. Wendy really went downhill.

FYI. Stop to offer 4 crispy spicy chicken sandwiches $4 as the pop-up ad. Not at the Wendy?s/liebt Hagerstown I81 exit 10A. No.

I love this wendys but you guys have to get it together not one or two times but 5 times I have gotten a 4 for 4 and its always wrong. Either I get no sauce for my chicken nuggets after asking for extra or I ask for a medium fry and get charged for it and receive a Jr size. Always quick and friendly but never accurate.

I never come back to these innocences. I've never had a problem before, but this time I got it. They ordered me from the tordash from the Wendys, and they didn't give me the meal of a child. They threw everything in a bag and when I called, they said it wasn't a problem. Bad customer service. I'll never go back. They don't even keep the place clean.
