Very clean, very beautiful looking, nice customer service. wrap was delicious hot.

I work half a mile from this place and I am late for work at least once in the week because they don't know what they are doing! I stopped every day for one and a half months. some do not know how much meat put on a sandwich or wrap, some can not give any change and none of them knows anything about the Rewards program. they never give me my $2 discount or my free chips because they don't know how to read the screen! Today was my last day that ever went in there!

I have eaten several times at this place. today I left before the order. there were 5 customers in the line. three employees on the line. the middle employee (condiments) and the last employee (cash register) finished their last order and, instead of starting the sandwich line (as most subway and well managed operations do), they went on to talk to each other about totally unrelated themes. make sure this was at 12:05 the peak meal! and not for a few seconds. at the beginning of the sandwich table there was a lot of space to start the next order. that's not the first time! I noticed this trend at numerous locations. bad management and training. low customer service. I was a restaurant manager living in a previous one and they don't stand and chat with a coworker when there are customers waiting. especially during the rush hour! never back. taco bell over the street has always offered some of the friendly and fast service I've seen. there are many other well managed and organized restaurants in the opposite of everyone who has this organization does not know, restaurant service!

It was crowed but not because the staff was slow. It's because the food is good. 3 ladies at the counter and they worked like a well oiled machine. And when they were done the sandwiches that I seen were so beautiful. They were a work of art. My new favorite sandwich shop. ??
