Mcdonald's - Hagerstown

Good people. Quick and friendly. Food is as good as most mcds. Don't go under, but don't go over, go over here for decent food and fast food prep.

Order 20 spicy chicken nuggets and had to wait 45 mns. Also had a mixture of regular.

Not sanitary, couples I know, worked there and said they do a lot of unsanitary and evil things like the food fall and instead throw them away only what they did. My friend also got food poisoning twice in a row and they told him to prove it and not come back. Also their settings behind the registers like half of them even have a job. The manager Chrissie is mean and always talks about people as soon as you try to say something back, she forbids you from property

It's McDonald's. What more can I say? I'm disappointed that they took all day breakfast off the menu, and the prices have gone up fairly significantly. But they have the best fries of any fast food establishment.

3 times my order was NOT up to standard. I had to go back there, yes they fixed it..but opportunity was missed! Professionalism is key in today's COVID-19 world.
