Friendly's - Hagerstown

I entered Friendly's In Hagerstown Md and it was somewhat empty. However, it took the waitress over 20 minutes to even acknowledge us. If it was not that we were having a good conversation, we would have left. Very frustrated and disappointed. My wife and I decided to come here because we had such a wonderful time when I proposed to her 28 years ago at the Friendly's in Gaithersburg Md. Thought it was a great time to commemorate our engagement. What a disappointment. : We ordered our food and it took another 20 minutes for our order to arrive. It was not not our complete order. However, our waitress left the restaurant so we could not let her know. I voiced my frustration to another waitress who assisted a table across from us. It took her three minutes to take their order and had their food to them in 10 minutes. She relayed our comments to the manager and began waiting on us. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!! Although they gave us our desert at no charge, it will probably be a while before we go back.

Natalie was one of the best waitresses ever. Friendly, helpful, courteous made our dinner wonderful. cannot say enough nice things about her or our experience at this clean little restaurant. Great burgers, fries, and ice cream too! Highly recommend Friendlys and Natalie.

Came here due to us having coupons and is very HAPPY with this place. The waitress we had was AWESOME and did a great job with our big family of 7.

Food is just ok. Expensive the server is not trained right, just dont go unless you want to spend a good amount of money for sub par food service. I will take my business elsewhere thanks! Only gave 1 star because I cannot give a big fat ZERO
