Fish N' Chick - Hagerstown

Stopped by on a whim heading through MD to VA. Definitely worth it. Ordered two shrimp po boys, a tender basket, and a jumbo shrimp basket. The food took a little bit but that's absolutely fine when it comes out fresh. The lettuce and tomatoes on the po boys were very crisp and boom boom sauce was delicious. Shrimp basket and tender basket also hot and well seasoned. Will absolutely go back next time in MD

Very good customer service, the first time I went I showed up at 9:20 because google said they closed 9:30 he said he was already closed at 9pm but still took our order and made our food. Since then I have returned 4x plus and every-time the food is fresh, hot, flavorful, and hefty. The portions are big, the prices are reasonable and every-time I go it’s always late and only one worker, never have to wait long and always impressed. We love this place!

I came here today for the first time. AMAZING!! .? ? I ordered #16 two fish and two tender combo. It came with golden crispy fries,very flavorful rice! And hushpuppies. The fish was very good and seasoned well. The rice was the best hands down in Hagerstown. The chocolate cake was tasty. The service was superb! Not many restaurants these days will give you utensils and napkins without asking. Definitely a great addition to Hagerstown! I will definitely be a repeat customer. About time, this town has some flavor!Parking: Good amount of space.

I have driven passed multiple times but never stopped in until today. I was pretty surprised with the amount of food I got. The take out container would barely shut! Good price and the food was fresh and tasty. The man working was extremely nice as well. Will definitely be back for more!

We ordered from here through DoorDash about a month ago and I'm just getting around to writing the review. First and foremost, my Greek salad was spoiled. The cucumbers on it looked like pickles, the olives and tomatoes were also very old. The lettuce looked fine, but the whole salad had a really foul smell. I ended up just throwing it away without eating it. I then had to take out the trash a couple hours later because it was stinking up the trash. That's how bad the smell was, seriously. It was the strangest thing, I've never been served such an awful salad from any restaurant before. We also ordered wings a five and 10 piece order. We found it odd that the wings did not come sauced and you could only make once sauce selection, even if you ordered 30 wings. Each order came with one tiny container of sauce. This was not enough for the 10 piece and neither sauce was labeled and neither was hot (one we ordered was mango habanero). I suspect that you still just get one tiny sauce, even if you ordered 30 wings, because you can only pick one flavor (we tried to order 30 at first, but decided not to because of only being able to choose one flavor). The wings were edible, but not what I would call good. They were very overcooked, dry, and small. The last thing we ordered was the fried catfish and we liked it, but it had a very strong fishy smell, which made me question its freshness. Giving this place two stars for the okay wings and since we liked the fried catfish, but the salad was unbelievably bad.
