This is the best restaurant in Gypsum. Rodrigo makes the food when you order it. Fresh and delicious. Don’t forget to have a margarita!

I pulled off at Gypsum when I 70 was closed and was desperate for dinner was lucky enough to stumble across this restaurant where I got a smothered chicken and onion burrito delicious and HUGE and a great value. The guacamole looked delicious as well!Food: 5/5

Stumbled upon this place when we left the airport, so glad we did. The food is made fresh when you order; including the salsa, guac, and chips. Everything we had was delicious and prices were reasonable.

My favorite breakfast burritos!!! The owner is so friendly. You can tell the ingredients are fresh. Definitely recommend.

Great breakfast and the owner is awesome. Had a great time sitting down with him and eating some really great, affordable food.
