Red Canyon Cafe - Eagle

I was really let down by the service at this restaurant. The staff expressed their frustration about having to open at 6 am and prepare breakfast burritos, which are their primary source of income. Additionally, they seemed to favor their friends over other patrons, leaving a local gentleman waiting too long for his coffee. It’s evident that the ownership has changed, and they seem to be having a hard time keeping things running smoothly. As someone who used to own a restaurant, I can't bring myself to support this place due to the constant excuses and complaints coming from the staff. I do want to acknowledge the kitchen crew, though, as they did their best to manage the chaos.

I had the Valley Vegan wrap and the flavor was great. It's often hard to find a good vegan sandwich that doesn't use marinated tofu but this one was really good. Had this sandy again 2 years later and it still good! Partnerhad the Ranchero Breaky Burrito and he said it's yummy
