Kanazawa - Guyancourt

New passage for a take-away meal. Unsurprising map directed to traditional sushi/sashimi or mixed menus. Products that are very fresh. Very correct wear. Of course, there is a lack of dishes of real Japanese tradition and it is a little the big lack of this kind of restaurant.

I went there during my lunch break between colleagues, we were served quickly and it was very good. Not too many choices and fares.

Horrible, I'm not recommending this muffled servers and cooks that put 1h30 to do emails.

First visit to this Japanese restaurant located near the technical center of Guyancourt. Several highlights: a classic map oriented towards traditional sushi/sashimi or mixed menus. The freshness is at the rendezvous and the service is rather smiling (in view of some comments). The decoration is relatively neat and there is a possibility to order. Concerning the elements to work: a little classic, there is a lack of real Japanese dishes and this is a little the big lack of this kind of restaurant. In any case, an address to be known to Guyancourt.

I sometimes order at home from time to time (although rarely since it must be said that it is not given either. And it must be said that salmon really has a good taste of salmon! The fish doesn't taste water! Salmon sushi and sashimis are just a killing!! Well served and just what it takes! I highly recommend it!
