The Chocolate Sanctuary - Gurnee

I don't know what happened, but the quality of the things and the food went down. I went to the brunch at 12:30, it wasn't crowded, and it wasn't like I remembered. the waffelpops were freezing, and they sat there because the good knows how long. I had to get someone else, then my server to get me more creamy and sugar for my coffee after waiting for 10 minutes for my waitress to bring it to me. not even my server came back to see if I needed a refill on my coffee. the Omelet station was the only good part, the server there is top notch!

That is the best brunch in the graphic illinois. our family has been here since 2014. the variety of foods, including made to order omeletts, waffeln pops, garnelen, pasta, and endless variety of sweets including chocolate will fulfill all age groups.

Disappointed with the overall experience. Food was not up to usual standards and we didn't know there would be a limited menu due to NYE.

Just the company I had wasn’t pleasant restaurant was amazing.

Excellent service, very attentive, a little disappointed that the Dessert menu has not much variety, with which it is said that everything I ordered was delicious
