Contribuiți la feedbackThe food at this restaurant was definitely overcooked and most of it was difficult to chew, so I ended up throwing a majority of it away. The "bucket of bones" might as well have been that – just bones. In terms of parking, the disability parking is conveniently located right up front.
I haven't felt this way in years. I went to this restaurant with my friends and witnessed people smoking vape pens in the dining area. The smoke constantly interfered with my food and affected the taste. The waiter took 15 minutes to bring our drinks even though we had just finished a 5-mile run and were very thirsty. The appetizer was served after the main course, leaving me no longer interested in eating. When I requested a brownie skillet, the waiter refused and brought a sundae instead, despite my allergy to nuts. She ended up putting nuts in the sundae anyways. Overall, a terrible experience, -1/10. The wheelchair accessibility was also terrible, with the front door not opening from the inside, making it difficult to get my handicapped friend out of the restaurant after our meal.
Service is scarce. Quality of food and drinks isn't what it used to be years ago.
I was burned by the plate I was handed to pass to the other end of the table... This place has gone down hill, the food is mediocre at best. I believe they had one server on duty who was also the hostess, and possibly also the bartender, but worse than that(obviously not her fault), we were seated at a long booth which is accessible from both sides. When our food was delivered, it was delivered from just one side, requiring the plates to be passed from one end to the other. I grabbed the first couple without issue, but then when I grabbed the third, to pass to the other end of the table, my hand was burned by the plate. The store manger who delivered the food did not bother to warn me that the plate was hot nor did he offer to set it on the table for me. After nearly dropping the plate because it was extremely hot, and notifying the server of the burn, the manger did return to apologize. He actually came back 3 times in total to apologize. I understand accidents happen, and I did not get burned bad enough to need medical attention, but the neglect on the behalf of the manager is beyond frustrating because the entire situation could have and should have been avoided in the first place.
Came on behalf of the Lake County Health Department and the food was tasty and flavorable and wonderful service from waitress and staff My meal was delicious and fulfilling The tea was nice with the perfect amount of flavor 10/10
