Subway - Gurnee

This restaurant serves decent sandwiches, but I was put off when they refused to accept any coupons. In today's economy, customers value discounts and coupons, which usually attracts me to certain locations. Unfortunately, due to this coupon policy, I have added this Subway location to my list of places to avoid.

I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could. The employees and customer service were terrible. I placed an order through the Subway app, the payment was taken, but they claimed they never received the order. I had the order confirmation on my phone and proof of payment, but the employee refused to fulfill my $7 order or provide a refund. Do not waste your time and money at this establishment. It is a poorly managed business.

I recently visited the Subway sandwich shop in Gurnee on Delany Avenue. When I went up to the counter to place my order, I was told that there was an invisible line 18 inches to my right where the line starts. Feeling frustrated by this rule, I left and do not plan on returning.
