Starbucks - Gurnee

Wow, I was surprised to find a Starbucks that felt so calm and clean, even during the busy rush hour. It was such a pleasant experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and composed, and the atmosphere was really nice. The music added a lovely touch to the morning vibe. I noticed many customers just swooped in, picked up their pre-ordered items, and headed out without a word—a little disappointing since a simple thank you would go a long way. It seems like that's just the new norm for Starbucks customers. During my hour there, I mostly encountered typical, absorbed patrons. However, my mocha was hot and delicious, just like you'd expect from Starbucks anywhere!

I absolutely adore this place! I encountered some issues with my delivery orders (which weren't related to Starbucks), but the store staff was always incredibly helpful in resolving them. The team is exceptionally friendly!

The staff was very friendly even with me walking minutes before closing time!!!

Great place to stop by and get a premium coffee. My favorite is the hot caramel macchiato. I got some eggs and apples and cheese for breakfast here too.

Great neighborhood place . Lots of seating plus outdoor tables also.
