Panda Express - Gurnee

The staff at Margaritas was very welcoming, the food was delicious, and the restaurant had a nice atmosphere.

I arrived at the restaurant and there was no one ahead of me in line, yet I still had to wait quite a while to be served. After finally placing my order, I waited even longer for my food. The person taking orders seemed preoccupied with many online orders. The dining area was uncomfortably cold, perhaps due to the air conditioning being on high. It appeared that they may have been short-staffed, as the other employees were standing around while one employee seemingly found amusement in the situation. I found this behavior to be childish.

Despite the negative reviews, I have been to this Gurnee location multiple times and have always been satisfied. I appreciate that they consistently have the dishes I want, unlike other Panda Express locations such as the one in Vernon Hills that often runs out of teriyaki chicken.

Rollings in Round lake have a convenient location and prices are affordable and fast services

I just love watching online orders get made. Walked in with no line and did not receive any service not even a hello. Stood there for close to 10min then walked out. I go here pretty frequently but this may alter my future decisions.
