Mcdonald's - Gurnee

The guy who took my order was rushing me and getting mad . Then they did not give my all my food I was missing half of an order but they sure charge it!

Literally only leaving a review to let parents know there's a play place

Play Place here so it's a target spot with the kids when we're in the area. Biggest reason I gave it 5 stars overall is because they have the bathroom inside the play place. It's a game changer! I can relax for an extra 5 minutes because I can see the kids go in and out of the bathroom and don't have to worry. I wish McDonald's app would let me order a Rewards burger along with a coupon on other food in the same order. I'd be so happy.Parking: Tons of spots, you'll find parking.Kid-friendliness: Awesome that the play place has a bathroom inside it! Makes a huge difference for sure.

The drive thru staff was way swampped and did not pay any kind of attention to quite a few orders including mine. and that is after i got to my order and tried to explain to the server i did not order sausage and i could not have it. 5 times and in the end he took off the egg and left the one thing i could not have.

We ordered food and an ice cream cone. I asked for a cup, so I could turn the cone into it, to avoid it melting all over the table. The cone looked short on ice cream. It is supposed to be 3 oz. A nasty long haired boy at the counter argued I got more than three ounces. But he refused to weigh the cone to double check. He stated he was the store manager but refused to give his name. also refused to give his name, He said McDonald's did not care about what he was doing in the store and would not acknowledge an inquiry about the shortchanged cone. So far, the company has not responded to the complaint I called in. We won't be giving this location any more business.
