My favorite place to eat and/or have a drink at Great America :

El Nachos Grande. Meal consists of tortilla chips, ground beef, shredded cheese, nacho cheese sauce, pico de gallo, and sour cream. Portion size is enough to share between two adults.Pricing is reasonable for the portion size. Also, the meal is covered under the meal plan, which makes the meal cheaper.These concession style nachos are stacked, so keep in mind the topping to chip ratio. It's easy to run out of topping before getting to the bottom layer of chips.Overall, the meal is good, and i usually order these when sharing with others.

The one thing that I know about a small business is your customers are an asset and your help is a liability and this place JB's has a big liability problem keep an eye on your money!!

This was some of the worst service I have ever experienced. When I used my dining passes, the staff working the register were clueless, and rather than getting a manager to assist, the cashier from the Dominican Republic cancelled our order and disappeared into the back for ten minutes before I was able to flag down a supervisor from Jamaica, who was able to actually get our order handled. The fountain for drinks was out of powerade, lemonade, or tea, and the sprite and sodas tasted wrong too. The BBQ burger was just a cheese burger on a pretzel bun. Dry, with no taste of smoke (you know BBQ... . When I asked a staff member on the floor for ketchup or anything to add a modicum of flavor, but he completely ignored me. While these are probably teenagers working in a busy theme park, the fact remains that these people are paid to do a job and provide a service, and this was in no way, shape, or form accomplished.

It’s pretty good food for six flags I’d recommend, service is fast
