Taco Bell - Gulfport

I saw a commercial for the new menu items, so I decided to try the three-layer nachos, and they were quite good! The dish included beans, cheese, and red sauce, and I would definitely order it again. I overheard another customer complaining about the cheese roller, saying it was just a tortilla filled with cheese. However, I was satisfied with my choice.

The counter and tables were dirty. The refried beans were dried out. I won't be back.

Last night, I went to the restaurant around 12:15–12:20, but they told me they couldn't serve me because they claimed they were out of certain meats. I ordered a steak or ham, but they said I would have to pay extra for those options. It seemed like they really didn't want to serve me at all. This morning, I called when they opened at 11 to check if they had restocked and to see if they were still out of the meat. The staff told me they weren't out of those options anymore. It seems like they just didn't want to accommodate my order last night.

The service after 11 PM was definitely not great. I encountered multiple instances where my requests were met with a simple "no" without any explanation, which left me quite confused. I did ask for no sour cream on my friend’s order, and that part was handled correctly. However, I was disappointed that my bark melt was neither chewy nor crispy.
