R&b Brick Oven Pizza - Saucier

I was extremely impressed from the moment I saw the restaurant and tried the pizza. This was my first time dining here and I was not disappointed. The food was ready quickly once I got home, in just 15 minutes. The staff was friendly and efficient. I am a big fan of this place now. The taste of the food exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to others.

This is definitely the best pizza in the area! I would give it a 10/10 rating. I suggest dining in or picking up your order, as we tried delivery twice and both times it arrived very late and cold. I just wish they opened earlier.

This restaurant is truly amazing! We have been wanting to try it for a long time, and it exceeded all of our expectations. The staff was very friendly and courteous, and the atmosphere was small but cute and cozy. But the standout was definitely the pizza. It was phenomenal! We tried the Cajun Crusade pizza and the apple crumb pizza for dessert, and they were both delicious. We are already planning a special trip back to this place.

I have been ordering pizza from R&B for a couple of years now and recently started having it delivered, but it’s not worth the “convenience.” It already takes close to 2 hours for delivery, no matter what day or time, which is understandable for where it is located, but annoying nonetheless. My order tonight was delivered and sat outside on my bench on the front porch for an hour before I discovered it. No one knocked, texted, called, nothing. I was offered a replacement meal but was told it would be at least another hour (which I understand with how busy they get and probably only have one delivery driver), but I had been waiting two hours already for the food. I would’ve appreciated any other avenues of rectifying the situation, like a refund, honestly, because my pizza was cold and needed to be reheated (and of course was rubbery at that point). I am very dissatisfied with this entire order and interaction with the company.
