Contribuiți la feedbackThis is my favorite Domino's on the coast. The service is amazing. I've had issues with every other location in Gulfport, but not this one. They always deliver my pizza on time and are very friendly when I pick it up. The pizza is consistently hot and delicious! I highly recommend the Chicken Parm Oven-Baked Sandwich!
Every time I order delivery from this Domino's, I'm reminded of how disappointing they are. As a pregnant woman, this is the only Domino's that delivers to my area, and being tired, I often prefer to have my food delivered. Unfortunately, the pizza deserves a 2 rating—it's always cold and dry, with hardly any marinara sauce, just dry bread. This location has been consistently terrible for years. When I crave fresh, good pizza, I typically drive to the Domino's that's 10 minutes from my house, because I do enjoy Domino's, but this particular location is just awful. I really wish they would shut it down.
The young guy at the window tonight was not very helpful and had terrible customer service skills!! Someone should teach him how to treat customers if he's going to work the drive thru!!
Called in order at 3:05pm, 7/08/22. Ordered medium Philly cheesesteak and medium Meatzzza. Picked up from window 15 minutes later. Philly pizza had no veggies on it, only steak pieces . Meatzza had no pepperoni, no ham, 7 pieces of sausage( ordered 2extra toppings of sausage). Cost was $35.82. Young lady who took my order was very pleasant but very hard to understand. Couldtell she was referring to printed scrip. Have ordered these identical pizzas previously and they were outstanding. Had to berestaurant staffs fault.
I spoke with Rosa and explained that I hadn’t received my order, even though the app claimed it had been delivered. She then handed the phone to a man who didn't identify himself. He apologized and told me that the driver had two orders on his route and assured me that I would receive my order within a few minutes. I pointed out that the app claimed it was delivered over ten minutes ago, considering I live just four minutes away. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting another 25 minutes with no sign of my pizza. Finally, at 10:05 PM, I called the store again to cancel my order. The girl I spoke with, also named Rosa, didn't apologize and informed me that my refund would take 3-5 business days. I asked if it should or if it would definitely happen, as I find it hard to believe a refund would take that long. For the record, good customer service would have included an apology and an acknowledgment of the mix-up, as well as a commitment to prioritize my order and perhaps offer a partial refund or a complimentary drink. Alternatively, they could have apologized and offered to refund my order while also providing a voucher for a free pizza on another occasion. Instead, I was given a vague explanation about another order on the route, which doesn't add up given how close I live to the store. As a Store Team Leader in retail myself, I understand that staffing issues can happen, but Domino's really needs to train their employees on how to properly manage situations like this and develop basic customer service skills.
